How We Work
From Factory in Japan to Shelf in America
Six steps through which JIAHE takes Japanese products all the way into the U.S. market.
- 01
Product evaluation
We review your brand and products, assessing U.S. demand, price positioning and target channels.
- 02
Distribution agreement
We agree on the model — exclusive master distribution, regional agency or wholesale purchasing — and supply terms.
- 03
Import & compliance
We help prepare English labeling and import documentation; licensed customs brokers handle clearance.
- 04
Warehousing & supermarket placement
Goods are warehoused and delivered wholesale to East Coast supermarket partners, with ongoing replenishment.
- 05
Influencer launch
We match the right creators to produce reviews and recommendations that drive sell-through.
- 06
Feedback & expansion
We share sales and market feedback regularly and plan new items and categories together.
Import compliance
Compliance, confirmed up front
Each category has its own U.S. requirements. JIAHE reviews them with the maker before signing, so problems aren't discovered at the port.
Food & beverages
Imported food must meet U.S. FDA requirements, including facility registration, prior notice and English nutrition labeling — we confirm each item with the maker.
Cosmetics & personal care
Cosmetics must meet U.S. cosmetics regulations, including MoCRA facility registration and product listing, plus English ingredient labeling.
Household & kitchen
Some items fall under consumer-product safety or food-contact rules; we confirm these before import.
